  I am working on a bathroom between two bedrooms and converting a stall shower and tub into a walk in shower. I want to add some noise dampening insulation to help quiet the noise down but can’t seem to find any in the Bay Area. Any thoughts?

  I’m not exactly an expert on sound proofing. But I think for your purposes of just dampening the sound from showering that any r-13 or 15 insulation would do the job
  
  I know that Rockwool advertises their insulation as be exception with this

  I’d imagine a Local depot would carry this
